Wrapping Up Strong: White Star Machinery’s 2023 Rewind

Welcome to our first-ever Year in Review blog post! As we step into a promising new year, let’s take a moment to look back on some of White Star Machinery’s 2023 highlights.

WHEN YOU’RE HAPPY, WE’RE HAPPY

We have cared for our customers’ equipment needs since 1910, and today, over 110 years later, we’re blown away by the positive feedback we’ve received from 2023 customers like Bryan F. at our Wichita location: “Fantastic customer service, equipment was in great condition. They showed me how to run everything, had it loaded up on the trailer and ready to go by the time I finished paying. Great experience.”

Wichita isn’t our only location that knocked it out of the park this year. Tulsa customer Kaden J. revealed the full experience of renting and buying from a White Star location. “I was in the market for a mini skid-steer and White Star did great! Mike got me in a MT100 and was very quick to get one sold to me. The rental guys Andrew and Pete worked closely with the rest of the team to make the process as smooth as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for equipment.”

CAN’T STOP, WON’T STOP!

Phew! We’ve been busy this year!

In January, our Topeka store brought Bobcat T66 and T770 compact track loaders to the Topeka Farm Show, an annual event that has brought together ranchers, famers, and industry exhibitors from across the state for over 30 years. We look forward to joining them again in just a few weeks at the 2024 show!

Our Manhattan location also plugged in to their community this year, attending the third annual Grass & Grain Farm and Ranch Show on November 7-8, 2023. Thank you to everyone who came to see us; we had a blast!

Among many other events they attended this year, the White Star Machinery Garden City store brought their equipment to Deerfield, Kansas for a Touch-a-Truck event. We wrapped a Bobcat UTV, Compact Track Loader, and Mini Excavator in cobwebs, and local trick-or-treaters got the chance to sit in the operator’s chairs for the day. We love our little operators!
